What to expect
An 8-module learning experience that empowers participants to build core mindfulness skills and behaviours relevant to the workplace at a time when the ongoing Covid-19 crisis has placed an exceptional burden on organizations and their teams.
The Master Course combines 8 x 75-min interactive sessions with self-directed homework (recommended 10 mins per day), as well as accountability resources (optional). This three-pronged approach creates the conditions for real and long-lasting benefits to emerge for all learners.
